Custom Stainless Steel Welded Parts for OEM Applications

Zhenpai manufactures custom stainless steel welded parts, mounting brackets, tube supports and fabricated assemblies according to customer drawings. These components are suitable for industrial equipment, machinery, pipe mounting systems, frames and other OEM applications.

Each project is reviewed according to its material grade, dimensions, joint design, required quantity and working environment. Parts can combine sheet metal fabrication, formed brackets, stainless steel tubes, machined features and welded assemblies in one finished component.

Fabrication and Welding Options

Depending on the drawing, the manufacturing process may include laser cutting, punching, bending, tube forming, CNC machining, TIG or MIG welding, deburring and surface finishing.

Custom holes, slots, mounting plates, reinforcing gussets, collars and tube connections can be incorporated into the design. Welding methods and fixtures are selected according to the joint structure and dimensional requirements.

Materials and Surface Finishes

Stainless steel grades and material thicknesses are selected according to the approved drawing and application requirements. Available surface conditions may include as-welded, brushed, polished, pickled or passivated finishes, subject to technical confirmation.

If the component will be used outdoors, in humid conditions or in a corrosive environment, please include the operating conditions in your RFQ so that the appropriate material and finish can be reviewed.

Quality Control and Customization

Production begins after drawing and manufacturing requirements are confirmed. Inspection may include material verification, dimensional checks, weld appearance inspection, first article approval and final inspection.
