## Custom Metal Brackets for OEM Applications

Zhenpai supplies custom metal brackets for industrial equipment, electrical assemblies, machinery and other OEM applications. Brackets can be manufactured in different shapes, materials and finishes according to customer drawings, samples or application requirements.

Depending on the part design, the manufacturing process can include metal stamping, laser cutting, punching, CNC bending, deburring, welding and surface finishing. Round holes, elongated adjustment slots, mounting tabs, stiffening ribs and multi-angle bends can be incorporated into the design.

## Materials and Surface Finishes

The final material and finish should be selected according to the required strength, corrosion resistance, appearance and operating environment.
