TWO WAYS TO BUILD WITH ZHEN PAI

Your concept or your drawings. One manufacturing partner.

Based in Jiangmen, Guangdong, Zhen Pai connects sheet metal design and 3D modeling with fabrication. Whether you are developing a new enclosure or sourcing a part already defined by drawings, we help turn the requirements into a practical manufacturing plan.

Have an idea? Develop it with us.

Start with the intended use, available space, equipment interfaces and appearance requirements. We provide sheet metal design and 3D modeling to develop the structure, explore component relationships and discuss details before fabrication.

Discuss Design & 3D Modeling

Have drawings? Move toward production.

Send your 2D drawings or 3D files with the required material, finish and quantity. We review the manufacturing requirements, clarify critical features and produce components to the agreed specifications and drawing revision.

DESIGN & 3D MODELING

See how the parts come together. Before they are made.

A 3D model makes the relationship between panels, brackets, mounting points and access openings easier to review. We connect design decisions with cutting, forming and assembly requirements so the discussion goes beyond the outside shape.

Illustrative sheet metal design: 3D model, exploded components and assembled enclosure

Conceptual sheet metal design and assembly illustration.

  1. Define & model

Develop the sheet metal structure around the product envelope, mounting requirements and service access.

  2. Review & refine

Review bend geometry, cutouts, joined parts and mating interfaces. Agree changes before releasing the design.

  3. Fabricate & assemble

Move the approved requirements into fabrication, assembly and the agreed inspection process.

WHAT WE MAKE

Made for your equipment. Not picked from a shelf.

The enclosure, panel or bracket should fit your product—not force your product to fit a standard part. We manufacture custom metalwork around the dimensions, interfaces and appearance your application requires.

DESIGNED WITH PRODUCTION IN MIND

The right process for each detail.

Good design and good fabrication belong in the same conversation. Material, geometry, joining and finish requirements help determine the manufacturing route for each component.

Cutting & Punching

Profiles, ventilation openings, slots and mounting features prepared for subsequent forming and assembly.

MATERIALS & FINISH REQUIREMENTS

Specify the material. Define the finish.

The working environment, weight, appearance and manufacturing route all influence material selection. Share the required grade and thickness, or discuss the application with us during design development.

Carbon steel
For fabricated structures, brackets and housings where strength, cost and a suitable finish need to be considered together.
Stainless steel
For applications with specific corrosion-resistance or surface requirements. Grade and surface condition should be specified.
Aluminum & galvanized sheet
Options for weight-sensitive parts or coated-sheet applications, subject to forming, joining and service requirements.

For finished parts, include the required treatment, color, visible surfaces and areas to be masked. Threads, electrical contact points and mating features may need different finishing treatment.

QUALITY IN THE DETAILS

Built to fit. Checked against the requirements.

A part is only useful when it works in the assembly. Identify the dimensions and features that affect fit, function and appearance so inspection requirements can be agreed with the drawing.

  • Drawing revision and critical dimensions
  • Hole positions, formed geometry and mating features
  • Joined parts and assembly interfaces
  • Surface condition, finish and packing requirements

If you need inspection records or specific acceptance criteria, include them in your inquiry so the scope can be confirmed before production.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

From the first conversation to an agreed specification.

Whether you have a concept, a sample or a complete drawing package, start by showing us what the part needs to do.

Can you help if I do not have a finished drawing?

Yes. We offer sheet metal design and 3D modeling. Share the intended function, approximate dimensions, installation space and any reference sketches or samples. We can discuss the design scope and the information needed to develop the part.

Can you manufacture directly from our drawings?

Yes. We can work from customer drawings and 3D files. Include the material, thickness, finish, quantity and critical requirements. Manufacturing questions and any proposed changes should be resolved before production.

Can we review a sample before ordering a production batch?

Discuss your prototype or sample requirements with the inquiry. The appropriate development route, cost and timing depend on the design, process and quantity. Approval requirements should be agreed before moving to the next stage.

What should I send for an OEM quotation?

Send the available drawings or design brief, material and thickness, order quantity, finish requirements and target delivery date. Add critical dimensions, assembly details and packing requirements where applicable.
