In-Depth Information

Electrical Enclosures & Control Cabinets Manufacturing & Application Guide

Custom Electrical Enclosures for OEM Equipment
Zhen Pai fabricates custom electrical enclosures and control cabinets for industrial equipment, automation systems, renewable energy products, HVAC systems and other OEM applications.
We manufacture according to customer drawings rather than fixed standard sizes. This allows the enclosure dimensions, door arrangement, internal mounting points, cable openings, ventilation features and hardware to match the final equipment design.
Typical products include control boxes, terminal enclosures, wall-mounted cabinets, floor-standing control cabinets, battery housings, inverter enclosures and internal mounting panels.
Enclosure Fabrication Capabilities
Production processes can include laser cutting, CNC punching, bending, welding, grinding, stud installation, hinge and lock installation, powder coating and mechanical assembly.
Carbon steel is commonly used for powder-coated indoor cabinets. Stainless steel can be selected for hygienic or corrosion-sensitive environments, while aluminum provides lower weight and good corrosion resistance.
Protection and Inspection Requirements
IP, IK and NEMA ratings apply to specific completed enclosure designs and test conditions. If a project requires a particular protection rating, the gasket, seams, door construction, hardware and cable entry design should be defined during drawing review.
We do not apply a certification mark unless the specified enclosure has completed the required evaluation. Dimensional inspection, door-fit inspection, hardware checks and finish inspection can be performed according to the agreed quality plan.
